Yeah I don't get it...I have the dial in number, the passcode, and...All one can hear is hold music and that's it. What's up with that?

I think the problem has been stated over and over again several times in the previous thread. Does this feature work or not? It seems straight forward enough.
If the dial in can't be fixed maybe you can provide the user with more than just two audio in the first place. And please do not tell us that you'll call us to test the problem. It's the same for everyone - all we get is a on hold music... get the picture? Thanks. |

This is worthless. My dial-in question was unanswered, and even a test call today resulted in the same thing (entering the passcode and sitting on hold for several minutes). Forget it. I'm not interested in this crap any longer - at least if I pay for another service I can have folks get in without doing a voo-doo dance and sprinkling sawdust in the air. It's a shame, as we were thinking of recommending this for our college - but if this is how support works then no freakin' way. I can only hope paying customers get somewhat better treatment; but that won't be me.
