Default Dial In does not work...

No one can get through by calling the dimdim number and entering the meeting code via phone. All anyone hears is hold music and they are never transferred into the meeting. I've adjusted all settings to allow people to call in, but it still doesn't work. Is there something I'm missing to get this feature to work? I thought you just had to call the number, enter the code, and the person was transferred into the meeting?

Default Same problem

Have you figured this out? I have already canceled one webinar, and can't get in touch with support.

No, I'm still waiting on my ticket to be answered...or maybe this forum post to be answered. I'm probably just going to have to tell people not to call in because the feature doesn't work.

Did you not read what they said....do you not know what is on that workflow page...that it describes the simple procedure of
  • Dailing in the phone-in number
  • enter
passcode

That we are folliowing these directions and get nothing but music?
Who are you? Are you tech support or link poster? tell us you know something is wrong and are working on it.

This is what it says about your support:
We identify what subject your problem falls under.
We then send you to the page that you have already read, which provides no troubleshooting [punch clock and go home....]

Sorry to be pissed, but people posted about this two weeks ago. You don't have to tell us that you know the answer, just ACKNOWLEDGE YOUR CUSTOMER....at least......

we might be pissed, but we are also forgiving, give us a chance...TALK to us.....please?

I dial into my conference and enter the passcode followed by the # key and get nothing but hold music. No one on the line can hear anyone. All you hear is hold music.
