Computer's Sound Not Coming Through/Mic Feature Is On

I have hosted a few meetings and during the meeting played an internet-based webinar via computer sharing OR a video using my computer's DVD player.

The video is fine but the audio is not coming through.

My mic is on and the sound bar is moving showing that sound is being picked up but no one can hear it through their computer's audio.

Please advise.
